I'm Oscar. I was born in Bucaramanga, Colombia, in 1988. I’m an independent software developer. I have worked with desktop, mobile and web. Video games are my favorite class of software and my current main development focus. I'm also a Wikimedian since 2007, and the Vice President of the Wikimedia Colombia non-profit, which aims to spread free knowledge in Colombia through diverse culture-related activities.
My greatest skill is being a quick learner. It has allowed me to be a generalist by developing a very diverse skill set.
